It is with great sadness that the Town of Oconomowoc Police Department announces the passing of Sgt. Rob Wiercyski. Sgt. Wiercyski passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 28, 2017.
Sgt. Wiercyski was hired as a full time police officer with the Town of Oconomowoc Police Department on November 20, 2001 and was promoted to Sergeant on July 2, 2012.
Sgt. Wiercyski is survived by his wife, three children, three step-children and one grandson.
Sgt. Wiercyski will be greatly missed by our Department. #2049 We'll take it from here.
Please not that Town roads will be posted for temporary gross weight limits of 10 tons starting on Monday March 5th. We will start enforcing the limits on Wednesday March 7th.
Town roads will be posted for a minimum of 2 weeks. We will be closely monitoring the conditions however, due to weather conditions restrictions may be extended. Updates will be posted online and on our facebook page.
The only exceptions to the limits are for emergencies only. You must obtain permission from the Town before operating on any posted road in the Town of Oconomowoc.
